Thin-film transistors (TFTs) are key elements for large area electronics, whose applications are increasingly pervading our society. TFT technology, involving multidisciplinary research topics, has far reaching impact in a number of areas including flexible displays, RF-ID tags and biological medical sensors.
The 10th International Thin-Film Transistor Conference ITC2014 will be held in Delft, the Netherlands, on 23rd and 24th January 2014. The areas of interest for contributors include, but are not limited to:
TFT materials: novel materials (metal-oxides, organic, Si, CNT/graphene, and related materials), preparation technologies (deposition, synthesis, printing, coating, annealing, and sintering) and film properties (electrical and mechanical).
TFT device technologies: novel device fabrication processes, device physics, reliability and simulation of TFTs.
Thin-film integrated systems and circuits: design, fabrication and characterization of thin-film devices (flexible displays, bio-medical sensors, RF-ID, imagers, etc).
Printed flexible electronics (Special session): Printing technologies (digital, analog printing, web-handling), flexible substrates (plastic/glass/encapsulation), packaging (interconnection, bonding), and new applications towards flexible and strechable electronics.
There will be contributions by delegates from the industry/academic/research institutions in the EU/Asia/North America.?This will be a perfect occasion to learn about the latest advancements in TFTs from the top speakers in the field.
ITC 2014 aims to provide an informative and informal environment for attendees to exchange their newest research findings and share their recent experience in their various fields.
