MTE 2013 - 2013 International Workshop on Multimedia Technology for Education

Nowadays, multimedia technologies and applications are the most popular buzzword, which attract a lot of interdisciplinary researchers involved in it. There are more and more successful cases reported in using multimedia technologies in education. Researchers believe that multimedia technologies can powerfully enhance learning effectiveness because such technologies can speedily fascinate the attention of young people. The goal of this workshop is to explore the advances in the state of the art and practice of Multimedia Technology for Education, as well as to identify the emerging research topics and define the future of Multimedia Technology for Education. This workshop will hold a forum including the paper presentations and interactive sessions for bringing together researchers to focus on understanding recent developments this arena, and establishing new collaborations in these areas.
