The 2010 International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering (ISKE2010) is the fifth in a series of ISKE conferences. It follows the successful ISKE2006 in Shanghai, ISKE2007 in Chengdu, ISKE2008 in Xiamen, China and ISKE2009 in Hasselt, Belgium. We invite submissions of papers presenting a high-quality original research and development for the conference tracks. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE categorized conference proceedings submitted for indexing to EI and ISTP.
