Submission Information
Submissions should include abstract, 5-10 keywords, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author and be in PDF format. Each submission must not exceed 8 pages in the IEEE ''8.5x11'' two-column format with 10-12 point font, including tables and figures[Latex][Doc]. Submitted papers must be original work that has not appeared in and is not under consideration for another conference or a journal. At least one of the authors must attend the conference to present the work in order that the accepted paper can be put into digital library.
Introduction to FCST 2010
The FCST 2010 conference provides an open forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address all resulting profound challenges including technical, safety, social, legal, political, and economic issues, and to present and discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of computer science and technology. FCST had been held four times. They are as follows:
Aizu-Wakamatsu, Japan, November 2006 (FCST 2006, Indexed by Ei Compendex);
Wuhan, China, November 2007 (FCST 2007, Indexed by Ei Compendex);
Nagasaki, Japan, December 2008 (FCST 2008, Indexed by Ei Compendex);
Shanghai, China, December 2009 (FCST 2009, Will be indexed by Ei Compendex).
