The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and development activities in e-Learning, e-Management, and e-Services. This conference witch enter its 2nd year is continue from IEEE Symposium on e-Learning, e-Management and e-Services (IS3e 2012).
The secondary goal is to promote the exchange of scientific information between researchers, system developers, students, and practitioners from around the world. The symposium will be an ideal platform for researchers to share views and experiences in e-Learning, e-Management, e-Services and other related areas.
