Paper Submissions
Paper submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to software concepts and technologies. As in previous years, it is expected that the accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. The best papers will be submitted to a special issue of International Journal of Information and Software Technology (IST). All submissions must be in English; must be prepared in IEEE format (instructions at: http://www.computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm) and must not exceed 8 pages in length, including figures and references. Submission of papers will be carried out electronically via the Web and be in pdf or postscript format.
