International Symposium on INnovations in Intelligent SysTems and Applications (INISTA) has been organized since 2005. The forthcoming 7th INISTA 2013 will be organized by the Institute of Information and Communication technologies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in cooperation with Ylldlz Technical University, Istanbul from 19th to 21st June 2013 in Albena, Bulgaria. The symposium is sponsored by the Bulgarian IEEE chapter and is technically supported by the Bulgarian Union of Automatic and Informatics. It aims to bring together the researchers from the entire spectrum of the multi-disciplinary fields of intelligent systems and establish effective means of communication between them. The symposium will accept special session and tutorial proposals on hot topics. The language of the symposium is English. This conference is included in the IEEE Conference Publications Program (CPP). IEEE has a long-standing commitment to ensuring the high quality of its conferences and of the conference proceedings published in IEEE Xplore®. Therefore, IEEE reserves the right to withhold publishing of proceedings that do not meet the IEEE quality standards. IEEE makes every reasonable attempt to ensure that abstract and index entries of content accepted into the CPP are included in databases provided by independent abstracting and indexing (A&I) services. Each A&I partner makes its own editorial decision on what content it will index. IEEE cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular database. Extended versions of selected papers from all areas will be published in a special issue of "International Journal of Reasoning-Based Intelligent Systems (IJRIS)" More information about this journal can be found at
