We have the honor to invite you to the second edition of the International Conference Tradition and Reform. Social reconstruction of Europe, which will take place between May 24 - 25, 2013 in Bucharest, Romania.
International Conference Tradition and Reform Edition II. Social reconstruction of Europe is organized by Lumen Research Center in Social and Humanistic Sciences, and Lumen Association in partnership with Research Laboratory (Europa Sociala) Institute of Sociology of the Romanian Academy and the Department of International Studies and Contemporary History, Faculty of History and Philosophy of “Babes-Bolyai” Unversity.
International Scientific Conference Tradition and Reform, Second Edition, focuses in 2013 on a European actuality central theme: Social Reconstruction of Europe. The conference aims to bring together studies and research in various fields of human social through a rigorous methodology and innovative integrated answer to the question What is Europe?
This is a current problem with identity implications that will be interrogated further tradition of social research of European basic in accordance with the new European policies on the future of Europe. Conference encourages original approaches, transdisciplinary theme of social construction and reconstruction of Europe. Will be appreciated studies that questions the place of Romania in current European construction. Priority axes of the Conference aims, but are not limited to the following areas:
- Sociology
- Communication and Media Studies
- Political Science, International Relations and European Studies
- Legal Sciences
- Economic Sciences
- History

The answer regarding the FULL PAPER status (acceptance/ acceptance with modification/ rejection):
? 4 weeks from the full paper submitting.
The proceedings of the conference will be published exclusively in English, in a volume with ISBN, in partnership with Medimond International Proceedings, an international publishing house, and submitted to Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science (ISI Web of Science) for evaluation for inclusion in the list.
? Selected full papers from the conference, after a separate peer review process, will be considered for publication in the supporting journal.
