OSPERT 2013 - 9th International Workshop on Operating Systems Platforms for Embedded Real-Time Applications

This workshop is intended as a forum for researchers and practitioners of RTOS to discuss the recent advances in RTOS technology and the challenges that lie ahead. The workshop will consist of two categories of submitted papers:
Technical. These are the traditional papers of past OSPERTs. They consist of technical contributions that advance the state of the art. They have a page limit of 10 pages.
Forward-looking. These papers are open-ended and focus on a vision about what RTOS must consider to effectively support future real-time applications, and how they should be constructed over the upcoming years. They do not summarize more mature work on the verge of conference publication, or necessarily focus on a technical contribution. They will be judged on plausibility, discussion potential, and creativity. These papers have a page limit of 5 pages.
Additionally, the workshop will feature invited presentations and publications about academic state-of-the-art and industrial state-of-practice within the area.
Upon acceptance, a complete version of the paper must be prepared and submitted. All papers will be made available to all participants a week before the workshop so that contributions can be examined prior to the workshop.

Security and fault tolerance for embedded real-time systems
Power-aware operating systems
