ICICIP 2013 - International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP)

4th International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP 2013), organized by Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, will be held in Beijing, China, as a sequel of ICICIP 2010 in Dalian, ICICIP 2011 in Harbin, and ICICIP 2012 in Dalian. Beijing, as the capital of the People's Republic of China, is the nation's political, economic, and cultural center as well as China's most important center for international trade and communications. ICICIP 2013 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators working in the areas of information and control to present state-of-the-art sciences and technologies, and their applications in diverse fields. The conference will feature plenary speeches given by worldwide renowned scholars, regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions focusing on some popular topics.

Prospective authors are invited to contribute high-quality papers to ICICIP 2013. All papers should be written in English and prepared in two-column with length of maximum 8 papges. The ICICIP 2013 program committee will select high-quality papers for oral or poster presentation based on reviews. All accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of ICICIP 2013, which will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI and ISTP.
Proposals for special sessions within the technical scopes of the conference are solicited. Special sessions, to be organized by internationally recognized experts, aim to bring together researchers in special focused topics. Papers submitted for special sessions are to be peer-reviewed with the same criteria used for the contributed papers. Researchers interested in organizing special sessions are invited to submit formal proposals to Professor Stefano Squartini (stefanosquartini-AT-gmail.com). A special session proposal should include the session title, a brief description of the scope and motivation, names, contact information and brief biographical information on the organizers.
