The 11th International Conference on Optical Internet (COIN2013) will be held during 28~30 June 2013 at Beijing, China. COIN2013 will be co-located with a workshop on Green optical communications.
The COIN2013 conference will bring together researchers, scientists and engineers working in both optical networking and its applications, from physical layer photonic networking technologies to applications on large data processing for cloud computing, to provide a forum for discussion and development of appropriate technologies under the umbrella of "Optical Internet".
All accepted paper will be published in the IEEE Xplore®, and also will be indexed by EI.

COIN2013 receive manuscripts prepared using standard IEEE conference templates only. Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX and Microsoft Word are found at here:http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences...
Please note that a password is required on submitting invited papers as well as keynote (Plenary talk) and there is no password needed for submitting Regular Papers. The password will be sent to you when you decide to contribute an invited paper for COIN2013.
During the initial paper submission process via EDAS, the authors are required to make sure the pdf file and EDAS registration page of a paper have the same list of authors and the paper title, that is, please add all authors in EDAS during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule, your paper may be withdrawn from the review process. On the other hand, the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.
All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with overlength page charge if accepted). The number of pages for all papers including Keynote should be 3 to 6. Note that the maximum number of pages for a paper is 6; 6 pages plus 1 additional page allowed with a charge for the one additional page of USD100 if accepted. Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted at EDAS, nor reviewed at all. Please note that you may not reduce the length of paper submitted for review after it is accepted..
