The underlying principles of early decision making models (at individual or organizational levels) are rationality and "optimization". Herbert Simon challenged these two principles in his seminal works by putting forward the principles of bounded rationality and satisfycing. Later March, Tversky and Kahneman and many other scholars consolidated Herbert Simon's views. There is extensive literature showing that successful decision making models including their implementation part should incorporate psychological or behavioral aspect of the decision making process (at individual or organizational levels).
We invite high quality research papers, comprehensive case studies, and state-of-the-art survey articles dealing with decision making problems involving psychological or behavioral aspects (at individual or organizational levels). Application areas may include, but are not limited to: management, human resource, conflict resolution, manufacturing, healthcare, environment, transportation, supply chain, and marketing. The contribution may be theoretical and/or application oriented.
