SOFIA 2013 - The 2013 International Workshop on Soft Computing in Industrial Applications (SOFIA 2013)
Topics/Call fo Papers
Soft computing (SC) has driven a variety of practical industrial applications, such as advanced manufacturing, smart grids, renewable energy systems, intelligent control systems, decision support system, etc. As main SC technologies include evolutionary computation, neural networks, fuzzy logics, Bayesian network, knowledge based systems and other machine learning and search heuristic algorithms that resemble biological processes, it has received much attention from a variety of areas in electrical engineering and computer science. It is anticipated that SC will continue to play an important role in the future and to stimulate the creation of many interesting and novel applications.
