CyCon 2013 will focus on the technical, strategic and legal implications of using automatic methods to manage cyber conflicts. The conference will be organized along two tracks: a Strategic Track and a Technical Track. Legal aspects will be incorporated in these two tracks.
Authors are required to first submit an abstract of the planned paper by 1 November 2012.

Submission & Guidelines
Accepted papers will be published in the printed conference proceedings with an ISBN and made digitally available through the conference website. Further, copies of all accepted and presented papers will be forwarded to IEEE for consideration for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, leading to indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index.
Authors of papers accepted for publishing in the conference proceedings are required to make a corresponding presentation at the conference. Speakers will be offered travel (booked by NATO CCD COE), transfer from and to Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport, accommodation and lunches for the duration of the conference, and participation in social and sightseeing activities, depending on the final programme of the conference.
