ICONIP 2013 will provide a high-level international forum for scientists, researchers, industrial professionals, and students worldwide to present state of art research results, address new challenges, and discuss trends in neural information processing and applications.
ICONIP 2013 solicits contributions in neural networks, computational intelligence, learning systems and their applications in diverse fields, and proposals for special sessions. Special sessions aim to bring together researchers in special focused topics. A proposal for a special session should include aims and topics.
All accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and/or special issues of SCI journals. Already confirmed special issues will be published in the following SCI journals:
