Youth Conference of Computational Linguistics (YCCL) is a serious of conferences held by Chinese Information Processing Society (CIPS) of China every two years. These conferences are organized by students themselves, and includes communication between students and professors.
YCCL is free for students of Computational Linguistics and other associated fields.
YCCL 2012 is the 6th Youth Conference of Computational Linguistics. The conference invites the submission of papers on substantial, original, and unpublished research on all areas of computational linguistics, broadly conceived to include disciplines such as psycholinguistics, speech, information retrieval, multimodal language processing. The conference welcomes theoretical, empirical, and application-orientated papers as well as papers targeting emerging domains such as bioinformatics and social media. Submission Information
Submissions must describe substantial, original, completed and unpublished work. All submissions must be submitted electronically as PDF and must follow the two-column format of ACL proceedings. Please use the official ACL 2012 style files for the paper.
As reviewing will be blind, the submission should not include the authors’ names and affiliations. Furthermore, self-references that reveal the author’s identity, e.g., “We previously showed (Smith, 1991) …”, should be avoided. Instead, use citations such as “Smith (1991) previously showed …”. Submissions that do not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review.
