ACMA 2013 - COMPOSITES 2013 exposition and conference

The American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA, Arlington, Va., USA) announced on June 13 that it is calling for presentations for the trade group's COMPOSITES 2013 exposition and conference. The deadline for submitting technical paper abstracts and education session descriptions is Sept. 7.
COMPOSITES 2013 will be held Jan. 29-31 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., USA It is expected to draw participants from more than three dozen countries as well as the U.S. It will include an exhibit hall showcasing goods and services representing 40-plus market segments, plus a special floor display of cutting-edge products. Innovative entries in the ACE (Award for Composites Excellence) and Pinnacle Award competitions will be in the spotlight as well.
“Education is a key component of the COMPOSITES connection with attendees,” says Marcy Offner of Composites One, chair of ACMA’s Convention Committee. “The diversity of speakers offered ? including top executives, entrepreneurs, academics and research innovators as well as policy makers and regulatory experts ? is unparalleled and reflects COMPOSITES’ premier position in the industry.”
