We have flexible arrangements at this late stage to attract quality papers from Brazil which can be discussed directly with the secretariat, as we have yet no papers from Brazil (a very important country in the estimation of our secretariat).
The conference in its 6th year always takes place in the same town, Daejeon, South Korea (a town with over 100 R&D institutes).
Last year the proceedings were for the first time published with Springer in two volumes:

This year we are looking mainly for high quality papers to be published in our CCIS volume. It is an interdisciplinary conference but most suitable topics lie in these areas Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics and Bioscience, Computer Vision, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Numerical Methods, Computer Vision, Biometrics, Biomedicine, Security and other ICT. Both theory and application papers are welcome.
We have some invited paper places with good discount and very flexible arrangements for the first six papers from Brazil (we are specifically targeting Brazil at this late stage in efforts to make the conference more globalized) with student rate to encourage participation of high quality Brazilian research papers.

It is ideal for people who have material they wish to publish quickly as the conference proceedings will be available on 23rd August and indexed in August.
