ICOM 2012 - 2012 International Conference on Optoelectronics and Microelectronics (ICOM)

2012 International Conference on Optoelectronics and Microelectronics ( 2012 ICOM) will be held in Harbin during August 23-25 , 2012 by Changchun University of Science and Technology and IEEE EDS Harbin Chapter, cooperating with State Key Laboratory of High-Power Semiconductor Laser, Space Optoelectronics National Laboratory Center, and other units. The committee will invite famous experts in photoelectron and microelectronics at home and abroad to give lectures. We warmly welcome scientific researchers in these fields to submit and take part in the symposium. The accepted manuscript will appear in the IEEE database and the full text will be indexed by EI.
