SCOPE
The Workshop on Biological and Genomics Data Mining 'Biomining' is organized in conjunction with the International Maghrebean Conference on the Extraction and Management of Knowledge (EGC-M’12) which will be held in Hammamet-Tunisia from the 12th to 15th of November 2012.
The purpose of the second edition of the Biomining workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners interested in the application of computational systems and information technologies to the field of system biology. This edition focuses on new developments in genome bioinformatics and computational biology for understanding biological processes.

Invited Speakers should submit an abstract of their original work and CV in English. The program committee selects four candidates for Lectures that will be presented in Biomining.
Proposal Submission: April 15th , 2012
Authors Notification : May 15th, 2012
Travel, accommodation fee and night of invited speakers are taken in charge by the workshop.
- Contributions Session
Authors should submit their original work in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure. The initial submission must have between 3 and 6 pages. The guidelines for paper formatting and instructions and templates may be found at:
