The Fifth International Conference on Advanced Computational Intelligence (ICACI 2012) will be held in Nanjing, China during October 18-20, 2012, as a sequel to IWACI 2008 (Macao), IWACI 2009 (Mexico City), IWACI 2010 (Suzhou), and IWACI 2011(Wuhan). As an ancient capital of China for six dynasties with long history and rich cultural heritage, Nanjing is now a modern metropolis with comprehensive strength and regional advantages, featuring good living environment and accelerated development in science and technology, especially in software.
ICACI 2012 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of research and applications in computational intelligence. The conference will feature plenary speeches given by world renowned scholars, regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions focusing on popular topics. The proceedings of ICACI 2012 will be published by the IEEE and included by EI Compendex.
