8th UKSNA Conference, Bristol, 28th-30th June 2012
The next UKSNA conference will be held in Bristol between Thursday the 28th and Saturday the 30th of June 2012.
We are honoured to have two world-class keynote speakers:
Tom W. Valente, University of Southern California
Anuška Ferligoj, University of Ljubljana
We invite social networks scholars from the UK and other countries to submit extended abstracts of proposed presentations, sessions, and posters. Submissions are accepted until 15th April 2012 here.
We will endeavor to notify of reviewer decisions soon after submissions to facilitate participants travel arrangements.
The venue is a restored building of the historic Bristol docks on the floating harbor. Bristol is a vibrant University city, easy to reach from other parts of the UK, 90 miles west of London, with an international airport and frequent connections to the rest of Europe. It is fetted for its association with creative industries, home of BBC nature programmes and a significant concentration of the European aerospace industry.
