AAAS and NAS are again hosting a conference for grad students in science, technology, and health policy, and they have extended the deadline for accepting proposals for presentations. Past meetings have been useful and enjoyable, so please let your grad students know that there is still time to participate. Papers are welcome in STS and S&T policy.
Necessary info can be found below and in the attached call for papers.
The Organizing Committee of the STGlobal Consortium is welcoming submission of abstracts for papers to be presented at the 12th Annual STGlobal Conference for graduate student researchers.
Abstracts are welcome on issues relevant to science & technology policy (STP), science & technology studies (STS), and related fields including but not limited to health; energy and environment; space; information and communications; innovation; education; and ethical, legal and social implications of science and technology.
NEW! Two submission options: “Completed research” or “Work-in-progress”
We are happy to announce that the papers submitted as completed research will be considered to be published in a special issue of the Journal of Science Policy & Governance.
Extended Deadline for submissions: January 31, 2012.
Please take a look at the attached CFP for more information or our website www.stglobal.org
We are looking forward to receiving your submissions!
