The cover page should include the title, name of the authors, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, email, and organizational affiliation.

The text should be single-spaced, 10-point or 12-point font and figures must be clear and readable on a computer monitor or when printed in black and white. The electronic format of the abstract should be Adobe PDF. The name of the file containing the abstract should be the name of the contact author followed by a numerical indicating that this is the first, second, etc. abstract by this author.

Poster Presentations

Authors who believe their papers are better suited to a poster format are requested to so write "Poster" at the top of their summary. Both oral presentaion and poster presentaion papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Student Paper Competition

There will be a student paper competition as part of the conference. The primary author must be a full-time student. Qualified papers should denote "student paper competition" at the top of their summary.
