Submission of papers
Prospective authors are invited to send original full papers using the electronic Submission System in PDF format.
All submissions must be electronic in PDF format and must follow the two-column format of IEEE Conference Proceedings. Authors are strongly recommended to use the style files available here and convert files using IEEE PDF eXpress. The maximum length of a manuscript is four (4) pages.
Accepted (peer-reviewed) papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and selected papers in an high-rank journal.
To encourage authors to participate in the conference and avoiding travel expenses, the conference will also include a:
Remote Session
Interested authors should submit their papers for review and inclusion in the conference program. The
authors of accepted papers will send to the organizing committee a presentation ready for an oral
session. The authors will have the opportunity to make presentation and respond to the participant’s questions during the web-session (more informations http://eeeic.eu/program/remote-session/).
Authors participating only to the Remote Session will be charged a reduced conference fee. They will also receive Conference Proceedings free of charge.
