The 1st Taibah University International Conference on Computing and
Information Technology aims to bring together scholars and industry
practitioners representing a wide variety of specializations in
computing and information technology. This conference will be a
platform for exploring latest results, best practices and future
trends.

Notification of Extended Abstract Acceptance:

Deadline for Camera-Ready Papers:

Notification of Camera-Ready Paper Acceptance:

Paper Submission
Submission of extended abstracts requires an account on the EDAS
conference management system. If you do not have an EDAS account, you
can create one free of charge at http://edas.info.
Extended Abstract Submission
1. Login at the ICCIT 2012 EDAS Login Page: http://edas.info//N11089
The paper registration page will be displayed showing the different
tracks that are available.
2. Click on the track that is appropriate for your paper.
3. Enter the title of your paper along with appropriate keywords.
Select the appropriate category for your paper from: Papes for Oral
Presentation; Paper for Poster Presentation; Paper for Undergraduate
Student Posters. Also, select an appropriate topic for your paper.
4. After you press the submit button, a new page will be displayed
confirming the registering of your paper. At the bottom of that page
you will find a yellow-green icon that you need to click to upload the
extended abstract.
5. The uploaded file will be checked for compliance with the required
format. In case of a problem, you will be asked to modify the format
and resubmit.
6. Your abstract will be reviewed and the decision about acceptance
(along with instructions on camera-ready full paper submission) will be
communicated to you by 10 October 2011.

The extended abstracts must abide by the following specifications:
1. Number of words: 400-600
2. File format: PDF version 1.4 or higher with embedded fonts
3. Paper size: A4
4. Number of columns: 2
5. Font family: Times New Roman
6. Minimum font size: 10 pt
7. Minimum line spacing: 12 pt
8. Left and right margins: 1.3 cm
9. Top margin: 2 cm
10.Bottom margin: 4.3 cm
11.Extended abstract must not contain page numbers, headers or footers.
Please refer to the IEEE Manuscript Templates and the IEEE Style Manual
for further guidance.
Camera-Ready Paper Submission
1. Instructions on the submission process for camera-ready full papers
will be communicated to you by 10 October 2011.
Camera-Ready Full Paper Format
The Camera-Ready Full Papers must abide by the following specifications:
1. Number of pages: 4-6
2. File format: PDF version 1.4 or higher with embedded fonts
3. Paper size: A4
4. Format: IEEE Manuscript Templates. The easiest way to use these
templates is to copy-and-paste your paper into the template.
5. Number of columns: 2
6. Font family: Times New Roman
7. Minimum font size: 10 pt
8. Minimum line spacing: 12 pt
9. Left and right margins: 1.3 cm
10.Top margin: 2 cm
11.Bottom margin: 4.3 cm
