BIT Congress, Inc. is pleased to announce that the World Congress of Environmental Biotechnology -2011 (WCEB-2011) will be held October 19-22, 2011 at the World Exposition Center in Dalian, China with the theme "Healthier, Safer, and Environment Friendly.”
The overall aims of WCEB-2011 are to explore the advances, frontiers and applications of biotechnology to create a knowledge-based bio-economy all over the world for a healthier and more sustainable future, and to strengthen relations between industry, research laboratories, government agencies, the private sector and universities on issues for human sustainability. This initiative will help meet the challenges and demands of related societies to develop new strategies and methodologies under international standards to support environmental biotechnology. It will also offer more opportunities to stimulate the growth of practical and operational measurements for decision makers, researchers, industrial participants, and business suppliers.
The conference will be presented through a keynote forum, interactive sessions, state of the art lectures, extended talks, poster sessions, and an exhibition. It will cover topics such as environmental bioscience,leading environmental biotechnology, environmental biotechnology for creating renewable energy from industrial wastes, biological treatment processes of pollutants, law and business of environmental biotechnology, and environmental biotechnology meets petroleum HSE etc.
