Authors are invited to submit position and research papers, as well as posters that demonstrate current research in different areas related to service level agreement and management. The workshop solicits contributions on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to:
Best Practice in service delivery, SLAs and SLM and their application to Grids and federated e-Infrastructures
Challenges in introducing SLM and SLAs to e-Infrastructures
Problem statements and progress reports on managed service delivery in Grids
Use cases and real life scenarios that require SLM and/or managed service delivery
Managing resources provisioning and user expectations via SLAs and SLM
SLA-based resource discovery, scheduling and resource reservation
Non-technical aspects of managing SLAs
Technologies and tools for management and observation of SLAs
Automatic SLA enforcement in Grids
SLA and SLM based trust management including VOs
Multi-party SLAs and SLA chaining
Formats and standards for SLA specifications
Submission
Contributors should initially submit an abstract, followed by a full paper not exceeding 10 pages in length. Papers should be submitted in the Springer LNCS style. See http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-...
