In today’s modern world Holistic well being is most important for the survival and growth of human beings. Mental health in the contemporary world is an area which needs urgent attention. Healthy people are most essential for building a healthy nation. The economic prosperity of any nation depends upon its human workforce. For achieving this, mental health is an important construct. Developing knowledge and wisdom in this field will not only enable us to take care of current mental health problems but also it will generate the requisite know how for future generations to come.
