The 15th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC2009) will be held
in Shanghai, China. Since 1993, APCC has been the forum for researchers and
engineers to present and discuss topics related to advanced information and
communication technologies and services, while at the same time, opening the
door to the world. Prospective authors are invited to submit original
technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the
conference proceedings. APCC papers are traditionally included in IEEE
Xplore and EI. Selected papers of APCC2009 will be indexed in SCI by China
Comm.
The paper submission procedure will be managed via EDAS:
http://edas.info/ - select [APCC2009].
Papers should be a maximum of four (4) pages (A4, 10-point, Times Roman)
including figures, tables, references and appendices. Use the standard IEEE
Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at:
http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/transactions....
Authors are expected to present their papers at the conference, and at least
one author must register at the full rate for publication.
