your research interest in Computational Intelligence. Currently, we
are in the process of editing a book entitled: Multidisciplinary
Computational Intelligence Techniques: Applications in Business,
Engineering and Medicine to be published by IGI Global
(www.igi-global.com) scheduled for release in 2012. The Call for
Chapters is available at the IGI link mentioned above and also
attached to this e-mail.
Based on your recent publications, we would like to invite you to
submit a Chapter Proposal (or Extended Abstract). The chapter
proposals and final chapters are to undergo a double-blind peer-review
process.
The book is planned to be structured into three sections as follows:
PART ONE: Application of Computational Intelligence Techniques in Business
PART TWO: Application of Computational Intelligence Techniques in Engineering
PART THREE: Application of Computational Intelligence Techniques in Medicine
Recommended topics to be included in each section are detailed in the
attached CFC.

Submission of Chapter Proposal 31 May 2011
Notification of Chapter Proposal Acceptance 28 June 2011
Chapters Due 20 September 2011
Review Feedback Due 25 October 2011
Notification of Acceptance (Chapters) 1 November 2011
Revised Chapters Due 29 November 2011
Notification of Acceptance (Chapters, Final) 13 December 2011
The chapter proposal (Extended Abstract) should have a length of 2-3
pages and should be organized as follows:
- TENTATIVE TITLE
- AUTHOR(S) DETAILS
- CHAPTER CONTENT
Organize the body of the abstract as follows:
? Background and purpose
? Methods
? Results and Discussions
? Conclusions
- REFERENCES
