●AMAE 2020 Speakers
1. Prof. Ian R. McAndrew, Capitol Technology University, USA
An internationally recognized leader in aerodynamics research and expert on low-speed flight, Dr. McAndrew has five degrees: a PhD, two master’s degrees and two bachelor’s degrees. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Dr. McAndrew chairs several international conferences and journals and is invited to give keynote speeches all over the world. He started his career in the automotive industry as an engine designer, and has worked at several universities across the globe. Dr. McAndrew is dean of doctoral programs at Capitol.
2. Prof. Anatolii Kretov,Nanjing University of Astronautics and Aeronautics, China
Anatolii Kretov graduated Kazan Aviation Institute (Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev), Doctor Eng.Sc. (1999), professor (2002). Now A.Kretov is a professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. Area of Specialization: Design of high speed flight vehicles. He is the coauthor of two books: 1. Z.Wang, A.Kretov. Designing of Flight Vehicles with allowance forheating. Part 1 Aerospace Planes. Kazan. ISBN 978-5-7679-2025-2. 2014. 388 p. (in Russian) 2. G.Zamula, A.Kretov. 3. Prof. Graham J F Hunt,Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, USA
Keynote Lecture: Developing an effective competency model for Next Generation Aerospace Systems
Graham Hunt started his professional career in the New Zealand Air Force and during this time was awarded a Defence Scholarship to complete a Ph.D. in the United States. After completing his time in the Air Force Professor Hunt was invited to take up an appointment at Massey University in New Zealand. His growing focus at the university was to create professional aviation as a university-based discipline, especially airline pilot education and training. The Vice-Chancellor of the day was intrigued with his ideas and eventually agreed. He became founding professor and Dean of the School of Aviation at Massey University
4. Assoc. Prof. Bing Li, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China
Dr. Bing Li is currently an associate professor in the School of Aeronautics at Northwestern Polytechnical University. Dr. Li's primary research interests lie in the field of elastic/acoustic/mechanical metamaterials, wave propagation and vibration control, SHM and NDT&E. Dr. Li has published over 40 research articles in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and major international conferences. He is an active journal reviewer (more than 40 reviews in over 10 international journals). He is also a member of The Acoustical Society of America (ASA), American Society for Composites (ASC), American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and International Phononic Society (IPS).
