Our conference on language and communication, LANCOMM 2011, is timely at this juncture of global development in various fields. This conference on language and communication will uphold the theme of EMBRACING CHALLENGES IN CURRENT TRENDS.
We welcome papers that engage exclusively with language or with communication, or papers that combine the two disciplines. Papers may address(but are not limited to) the following strands:

This conference aims to explore the changes in the evolving status of language and communication for the betterment of our future generations by
* deliberating on issues that are considered pertinent in the identified fields
* identifying emerging trends, threats and challenges
* garnering media and government support to highlight resolutions that need the private and public sectors involvement for improvement
This conference will function like a stanchion to support the deliberations of relevant and related issues in the fields of language and communication by experts of like minds. It will be a platform for researchers to share their latest findings to thrust the emerging trends treats and challenges to the forefront for action by various parties including the media and stakeholders in education.
