ANIMMA 2011 - 2011 2nd International Conference on Advancements in Nuclear Instrumentation, Measurement Methods and their Applications (ANIMMA)
Topics/Call fo Papers
The Second International Conference on Advancements in Nuclear Instrumentation, Measurement Methods and their Applications - ANIMMA will take place 6-9 June, 2011, at the ICC, Ghent, in the heart of Belgium.
The aim of the conference is to bring together scientific, academic and industrial communities interested in, or actively involved in research and developments related to nuclear instrumentation and measurement methods.
The programme is focused on instrumentation, but emphasizes the latest developments in all measurement stages: nuclear radiation detection and in-pile measurements, modelling, electronics, signal acquisition and analysis, interpretation and associated training/education activities.
The conference topics include instrumentation and measurement methods for:
Fundamental Physics
Nuclear Power Reactors
Research Reactors
Nuclear Fuel Cycle
Safeguards, Homeland Security
Environmental and Medical Sciences
Education and Training Activities
The official conference language is English.
ANIMMA offers an outstanding opportunity for scientists and engineers to meet and discuss new ways to address complex problems and find advanced solutions in nuclear instrumentation and measurement sciences and technologies.
Key dates:
January 28, 2011 Abstract Submission Deadline (Extended)
March 15, 2011 Notification of Acceptance to Authors
May 20, 2011 Final Paper Submission Deadline
