The ICBMI2011 aims to promote the researches, developments and applications of intelligent computing and bio-medical instrumentation by providing a vibrant and effective forum across a variety of disciplines for engineers and scientists in academia, university and industry. All accepted papers in ICBMI?1 will be included in the ICBMI 2011 proceedings, which will be published by IEEE (pending), normally they will be indexed to EI(Compendex), IEEE Xplore, IEE INPSEC, Thomson ISTP, DBLP. Furthermore, the extended versions of selected papers will be published in following Journals: Journal of Multimedia (EI Compendex, ISSN : 11796-2048)
