Meet the experts and project managers coming from the top 50 academic and industrial organisations participating in FP7!
Europa Media, a leading training organisation in Europe on FP7 project development and management, is pleased to announce that the FP7 Mid-term Evaluation Event will be organised in Budapest on 16-17 June 2011. EU funding experts and senior project managers of Europa Media, together with former EC Desk Officers, FP7 Experts and successful Project Managers, will be presenting and sharing their tips during the two day conference.
This event provides you with the opportunity to share your business activities and project ideas with potential partners. There will be project presentation opportunities and a poster session to facilitate your event network activities.
Please indicate during registration if you would like to have your projects displayed at the conference and/or if you would like to book a table for business meeting.
Poster session
The event offers a great dissemination opportunity for interested organisations and running projects. There is no specific theme for display. The poster session will run parallel with the Networking sessions, the attendees can meet and talk with the authors of the posters after the official programme (Day 1: 15:00 - 17:00; Day 2: 14:00 - 16:00). The hall and corridor before the conference rooms will be made available for any participant wishing to display information about their current projects and future project ideas.
Posters about your organisations and/or activities can be placed at the venue. If you prefer this opportunity, we kindly ask you to inform us about your request by 15 May 2011, while the posters themselves must be delivered to the office of Europa Media by 10 June 2011, at the latest!
