Authors are invited to submit Abstract of papers/complete papers, which are not under review in any other conference or journal.
Topics of interest to the Conference include, but are not limited to the following:

? OFDM, CDMA, Spread Spectrum
? Antennas, Towers and Power Management
? WiMax, B3G, 3GPP and 4G Systems
? Mobile Devices and Terminals
? Network Planning and Spectrum Management
? Quality of Service Parameters and Measurements
? Radio Resource Management
? Broadband, Multimedia and Value-added Services
? Location Technologies and Services
? Regulatory Issues and Standards
? Security and Reliability Issues
? Next Generation Networks
The topics suggested by the conference can be discussed in term of concepts, state of the art, research, standards, implementations, running experiments, applications, and case studies. The conference is open to academic, research and industry contributions, in terms of Regular papers, Posters, Work in progress, Technical/marketing/business presentations, and Demos.
Important Dates
Submission of abstracts/papers by 10th March, 2011. The abstract should not exceed 500 words.
Notification of acceptance of papers by 20th March, 2011
Submission of one copy of accepted full-length camera-ready manuscript by 31st March, 2011
Authors of accepted papers will be required to register latest by 7th April. 2011. Other participants are also advised to register early as there will be a limited registration on conference days.
Conference dates: 14-15 April, 2011
Early submission of abstracts /papers is advised
The length of the paper along with the abstract should not exceed six A4 size papers (Text Area 6" x 9"). The text should be typed in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Single Spaced in MS WORD. Authors will be informed regarding acceptance of papers by 20th March, 2011.
All papers will be reviewed and acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
In submitting a paper, the author(s) agree that, upon acceptance, they will prepare the final manuscript in time for inclusion in the published proceedings and will present the paper at the conference. The Author(s) will be required to transfer copyright to ICEIT. The final manuscript will not be published without registration.
POST-PUBLICATION
Selected papers will be published in edited book form.
