The 4th International Conference on Intelligent Networks and Intelligent Systems (ICINIS 2011) aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of intelligent networks and systems research and applications in various disciplines. The conference will provide plenary speeches given by well-known scholars and broad regular sessions.
ICINIS 2011 will be held in Kunming, China. Kunming is the capital of Yunnan province, a historical and cultural city of China and a famous tourist resort. The city has a reputation of “spring city”,because the climate here is “non-summer heat and non-winter cold, all year around spring”. Kunming has rich tourism resources, with more than 100 scenic spots at national and provincial level. It is also one of the first batch of historical and cultural cities announced by the central government of China.
Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST), as a main organizer, is the biggest university in Yunnan province and one of the well-known universities in China. The earliest departments of KUST started admitting undergraduate students for bachelor's degree in March 1925. There are over 40,000 students currently studying at the faculties (schools) of KUST, and among them over 3,000 are graduated students. KUST presently offers 67 bachelor programs, 74 master programs and 24 PhD. programs. There are 4 state authorized post-doctoral stations, 1 nation-level and 18 province-level key academic projects in KUST.
