Transitioning to supervisor can be very difficult for most newly promoted supervisors. Many are not equipped with the tools for successful transition or have poor management skills. This session will equip newly promoted supervisor with tools and techniques to communicate more effectively, gain trust, set boundaries, formulate employee engagement strategies, provide constructive feedback and motivate employees for results.
