2019 4th International Conference on Communication, Image and Signal Processing (CCISP 2019) will be held in Phuket, Thailand during Nov. 14-16, 2019! The conference is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). The conference is an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Communication, Image and Signal Processing. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome prospected authors submit new research papers to CCISP 2019, and share the valuable experiences with the scientist and scholars around the world.
●Publication and Indexing
All the registered and presented papers will be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS)(ISSN: 1742-6588), which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science (CPCI-S)(Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), Inspec and other indexing organizations. Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.

●Speaker
Prof. Anders Lindquist Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China
Anders Lindquist is a Zhiyuan Chair Professor and a Qian Ren Scholar at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an Emeritus Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology. He is a Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, a Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Moreover, he is a Fellow of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), an Honorary Member the Hungarian Operations Research Society, a Fellow of SIAM (Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics), a Fellow of IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control), and a Life Fellow of IEEE. He was awarded the 2009 W.T. and Idalia Reid Prize in Mathematics from SIAM and the 2003 George S. Axelby Outstanding Paper Award of the IEEE Control Systems Society (CSS). He received an Honorary Doctorate (Doctor Scientiarum Honoris Causa) from Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), Haifa, in June 2010. He is an Honorary Professor of China University of Petroleum in Qingdao, China.
2.Prof.Edmund Lai, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand
Prof. Edmund Lai joined AUT in February 2016. He obtained his BE(Hons) and PhD in Electrical Engineering from The University of Western Australia in 1982 and 1991 respectively. Prior to joining AUT, he was with the School of Engineering and Advanced Technology at Massey University from 2006. He had also held various academic positions in the School of Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, School of Engineering with Edith Cowan University in Western Australia, and Department of Information Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He had also worked as a independent consultant, developing industrial training courses and optimization software for the mining industry in Australia. His general research interests include multimedia signal processing, machine learning techniques, wireless networks and information theory.
