Conference location: AMS2011 will be held in Manila, Philippines, known as Pearl of the Orient within the Southeast Asian region. It is composed of more than 7,100 islands in 3 major areas: Luzon to the north, Visayas in the centre, and Mindanao down south. Its culture has affinities with USA and Europe especially Spain due to three centuries of colonial rule. The rich ethnic tradition of the country reflects the diverse indigenous culture from its many islands, more info.
