The AGSMO Annual Congress 2019 Supportive Therapy in Cancer takes place from 15.-16. March 2019 in Berlin. The AGSMO (formerly ASORS) of the German Cancer Society is committed to the early integration of supportive measures in curative and palliative therapy concepts. Within the German Cancer Society, the interdisciplinary and multi-professional working group is responsible for coordinating and communicating topics of oncological supportive therapy. The AGSMO aims at the establishment of oncological supportive therapy as a fundamental component of all oncological therapy concepts in the involved disciplines and implementation of the developed concepts in practice, teaching and research. In addition to supportive oncology, the congress is also dedicated to oncological rehabilitation, palliative care.
