2019 3rd International Conference on Automation, Control and Robotics (ICACR 2019)will be held in Beijing, China from Aug.1 to 3, 2019, which is co-organized by Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers (HKSME) and Xidian University, sponsored by York Univeristy, Donghua University, Fudan University.
●Publication and Indexing
1. All accepted and registered papers will be included in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (ISSN: 1757-899X) ,which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec, and other databases.
2.Selected papers with high quality will be recommended to publish in the Special Issue of "Smart Sensors and Devices in Artificial Intelligence", which is a special issue of Sensors (ISSN 1424-8220), indexed by SCIE, EI, Scopus. Impact Factor: 2.475.
3.Selected excellent presented papers with extension will be recommended to publish in the Special Issue of Future Internet (ISSN 1999-5903),which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus and the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI - Web of Science).

Dr. Zhang is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), a Fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and a Fellow of Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME), a Senior Member IEEE, and a Senior Member of SME.Dr. Dan Zhang is a Kaneff Professor and Tier 1 York Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics at York University.Dr. Zhang's research interests include robotics and mechatronics; high performance parallel robotic machine development; sustainable/green manufacturing systems; rehabilitation robot and rescue robot.
2. Prof. Xiaolin Zhang, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Acadamy Sceinces, China
Researcher and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Acadamy Sceinces. Director of the bionic vision system laboratory, Shanghai institute of Microsystems and information technology, Chinese academy of sciences. Responsible person of science and technology innovation action plan of Shanghai science and technology commission. Research direction: bionic robot vision and binocular vision sensing technology.

Associate Prof.Shaofocus his research on cable-driven parallel mechanism, parallel mechanism,system integration and intelligent manufacturing system. He won second prize of Natural Science Award of Ministry of Education of China in 2014 andgrand prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award in 2015. Hepresented more than 40 papers indexed by SCI and EI, owned 25 authorized Chinese Invention patents.
7.Dr. Haijun SHAN, Zhejiang Lab, China
Ph.D., is currently a researcher at Zhejiang Lab. He received his bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University in 2009, and then received his doctor’s degreein Automatic Control Theory from Zhejiang University in 2015.His main research interests are machine learning, computer vision, and cloud computing. Dr. Shan has combined background in academic research and enterprise project development.
