TSUM 2019 - First International Workshop on Technologies and Solutions for Urban Mobility

The topical theme of the workshop aligns naturally with the areas of focus of PerCom as the emphasis is to leverage the pervasiveness of computing and communications to solve problems of societal importance. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the topic, this workshop aims to bring together people from the following communities: city leaders, civic authorities, practitioners dealing with urban mobility challenges on a day to day basis, researchers working at the intersection of mobility/transportation, ICT and economics, those focusing on implementation, prototyping and field evaluation of solutions, urban policy makers, system integrators and startups focused on creating novel commercial propositions revolving around urban mobility.
The workshop is being technically supported by the EU REPLICATE project, a large multi-partner pan-European collaborative project involving industry, academia, city councils and research institutes spanning different parts of Europe.
