2019 4th International Conference on Automation, Control and Robotics Engineering (CACRE 2019), which is in conjunction with the 2019 4th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (ICAIR 2019), co-organized by Georgia Institute of Technology and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), sponsored by Sichuan University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The conference will be held at Georgia Institute of Technology, Shenzhen Campus, China from July 19 to 21, 2019.
CACRE has been held for three years since 2016, which attracted scholars and students from all over the world. The CACRE 2019 Conference will provide a wonderful forum for you to refresh your knowledge base and explore the innovations in Automation, Control and Robotics Engineering. The Conference will strive to offer plenty of networking opportunities, providing you with the opportunity to meet and interact with th leading scientists, engineers and researchers, friends and colleagues as well as sponsors and exhibitors.

1 All the registered and presented papers will be published in ACM-International Conference Proceedings Series ( ISBN : 978-1-4503-7186-5), which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec, and other indexing organizations.
2. Selected papers with extension can be recommended to be published in The Cyber-Physical Systems (ISSN: 2333-5785) .
3. Selected papers with extension can be recommended to be published in Robotics (ISSN 2218-6581), which can be indexed by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI - Web of Science) , Scopus (from Vol. 1), nspec (IET) and DBLP Computer Science Bibliography.

Dr. Zhang is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), a Fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and a Fellow of Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME), a Senior Member IEEE, and a Senior Member of SME.Dr. Dan Zhang is a Kaneff Professor and Tier 1 York Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics at York University.Dr. Zhang's research interests include robotics and mechatronics; high performance parallel robotic machine development; sustainable/green manufacturing systems; rehabilitation robot and rescue robot.
2. Prof. Seth Hutchinson, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA
President-Elect, 2018-present of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society,Associate Vice President for Conference Technical Programs,IEEE Periodicals Review and Advisory Committee (PRAC).Professor and KUKA Chair for Robotics, School of Interactive Computing ,Executive Director, Institute for Robotics and Intelligent Machines. 3.Prof. Peter Corke, Queensland University of Technology, Australia
Peter Corke is the distinguished professor of robotic vision at Queensland University of Technology, director of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Robotic Vision, and Chief Scientist of Dorabot. His research is concerned with enabling robots to see, and the application of robots to mining, agriculture and environmental monitoring. He is well known for his robotics toolbox software for MATLAB, the best selling textbook “Robotics, Vision, and Control”, MOOCs and the online Robot Academy. He is a fellow of the IEEE and the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering, has held a number of editorial board positions and held various visiting positions.
4. Prof. Michael Y. Wang, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, HK
Fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Fellow of Hong Kong Institution Of Engineers (HKIE), Fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).He is the current Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Trans. on Automation Science and Engineering, and served as an Associate Editor of IEEE Trans. on Robotics and Automation and ASME Journal of Manufacturing Science and Engineering.
5. Prof. Yiming Rong, South University of Science and Technology of China, China
Fellow member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Senior member of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering (CSME), Member of Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Member of American Society of Metals (ASM) and Heat Treatment Society (HTS), Member of American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE).
6. Prof. Feng Gao, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China
Feng Gao is a Chair Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He served as the director of the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Systems and Vibration at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2008 to 2013.He has been serving as an Associate Editor of Mechanism and Machine Theory since 2008 and the ASME Journal of Mechanical Design since 2012, and the General Member of the ASME Mechanisms and Robotics Committee since 2012. He gave the Keynote Speeches on the conferences of the ASME 2012 and IFToMM 2015, respectively. He won the 2013 China National Natural Science Award because of his contributions in parallel mechanism design and the 8 items of awards from the provincial science and technology invention prizes in China. And he won the ASME Leonardo Da Vinci Award for his invention of parallel manipulators in USA in 2014. He has been granted 120 patents and has published 3 research books on mechanisms and robotics, as well as 120 papers in international journals.
7. Prof. Songyi Dian,Sichuan University, China
Senior member of Chinese Association of Automation, Senior member of China Instrument and Control Society and Chinese Society of Micro-Nano Technology, Executive Director of Sichuan Association of Automation and Instrument & Control.
