Join our upcoming webinar to be presented by Teri Morning to get some insider’s knowledge about how to write a factual, solid, representative report of an internal investigation that will withstand scrutiny and provide appropriate information to decision makers.
Webinar Highlights
• Gathering, using and safeguarding investigatory documentation
• Investigative report structure
• What should be included in a report and as importantly - what should not
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Learn how to write a factual, solid, representative report of an internal investigation that will withstand scrutiny and provide appropriate information to decision makers.
Since reports are often read by adversaries as well as not only internally within the organization, it’s important that reports as an overview of the investigation show a logical factual representation of actions and decisions. Good investigative report writing aims at informing the reader to not only justify the employer’s decision making, but also demonstrating they did what a responsible employer acting in good faith would do, and if founded, took steps to rectify applicable conduct.
WHO WILL BENEFIT
• Plant Managers and Upper Management
• HR Generalists and Associates
• Safety Managers and Associates
• Small Business Owners
• Regulatory Compliance Managers and Associates
• Employee Relations
• Anyone who writes workplace investigative reports
SPEAKER
Teri Morning, MBA, MS, SHRM-SCP, is President of Hindsight Human Resources, LLC and specializes in solving company “people problems.
