Theme of the congress: New Approaches in Special Education and Evidence-Based Applications
International Congress of Special Education (ICSE) is an international congress dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in special education. ICSE aims to increase collaboration between academicians, researchers and professionals working in the area of special education from all over the world. ICSE invites participants to share their knowledge on current issues in special education that encompass various inter-disciplinary interests in order to promote special education researches and practices.
