About SHARE 2018
Now, more than ever, Human Rights is at the center of discussion and debate from small rural communities in Southeast Asia to the re-opening of relations between the US and Cuba. The human rights landscape today, with its ever-changing peaks and valleys, has made some noteworthy advances in promoting greater access to human rights on a global scale; however, they cannot overshadow the existing violations against humanity that are aggravated through the discrimination and marginalization of peoples.
With the theme Building Equitable and Inclusive Communities, SHARE 2018 aims to promote a greater understanding and access to human rights through peaceful and respectful discussion of the issues. This event is an interdisciplinary platform for academics, researchers, policy makers, human rights advocates, students and professionals.
We welcome submissions of 250 words in English by Friday, June 8, 2018.
