Instructions for Authors
Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the above topics are solicited (Proceedings will be published by ACM -CPS). Full paper and all submissions deadline is October 14, 2018. These papers will undergo an academic review process. Full paper manuscripts must be in English with a maximum length of 12 pages (using the ACM template). All papers are blind reviewed and will be check by Plagiarism Detector system (https://plagiarism-detector.com/c/en/index.php)
IMPORTANT: Please do not include the author(s) information in the FIRST submission of the paper, in order for double-blind review to be carried out.
Review Process
AiCIS'18 welcomes the submission of papers with reference to the topics listed in the call for papers. All submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process; each paper will be refereed by at least three experts in the field, based on relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity.
Authorship
Every listed author must take responsibility for the entire content of a paper. Note that changes to the author list after the submission deadline is not allowed.
Attendance
For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper. Authors of all accepted papers must prepare a final version for publication, a poster, and a three-minute short video presentation (details will be in the acceptance notification).
Copyright
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by ACM and also appear in the ACM Digital Library. The rights retained by authors who transfer copyright to ACM can be found here.
AUTHORS TAKE NOTE: The official publication date is the date the proceedings are made available in the ACM Digital Library. This date for AiCIS is on or after Nov. 20, 2018. The official publication date affects the deadline for any patent filings related to published work.
