The objectives of this conference are to enhance interdisciplinary international work between scientists and engineers in USA and Romania. In addition to plenary lectures, there will be sessions for mini-symposia and contributed talks.

However, supporting the concept of interdisciplinary, we welcome submissions in all related academic fields in science and engineering. In addition to plenary talks, the conference program will consist of mini-symposia and contributed talks, parallel sessions, panel discussion, informal discussions to promote conversation between the participants, as we consider networking and live interaction the essential aspect of this conference.

• 1 April 2018: Abstract acceptance notification
• 28 April 2018: Conference registration deadline and fee payment
• 30 June 2018: Full paper submission deadline
Registration Fees: 
Delegate: 200 Euro, before 20 April 2018 / 250 Euro, after 20 April 2018
Students: 125 Euro, before 20 April 2018 / 150 Euro, after 20 April 2018
Registration for the presentation of an additional paper: 100 Euro (full rate) / 50 Euro (students)
Registration for accompanying guest: 75 Euro
The registration fee comprises:

Submissions and Author Guidelines
Proposals should be submitted in English, on the conference site:
http://iccmae.elearning.upt.ro/
The length of a paper should be 5-8 pages. The submitted paper will be peer-reviewed.
The accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published in a special issue by ITM Web of Conferences, indexed by Web of Science.
